Aeroball
A physically challenging and fun combination of trampolining and basketball.
What to
expect
The trampoline is split in to four chambers, and two teams of two play against each other with one participant in each chamber. After warming up, participants are taught to bounce and pass the ball to their teammates, avoid their opponents and score goals. This exhausting game is great for pupil fitness and skill development, with students needing to develop tactical thinking and good group communication skills to achieve the winning result.
