What to
expect
Dragonboating is a team paddling sport on the River Donn at Dearne Valley consisting of up to twenty participants seated in pairs who paddle a traditional Dragonboat decorated with a dragon’s head and tail.
There is also a drummer at the front of the boat responsible for maintaining the “heartbeat” of the dragon boat. Our qualified British Dragonboat staff steer from the rear of the boat managing safety at all times. Please note this activity is weather dependant.
