About The Role
We have various roles available in guest services at Kingswood, whether you’re looking for management roles, assistant roles, or admin roles. We always focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring smooth operations. Whether you are dealing with sales and marketing, customer service, staff management, security, reporting, or something else, we hold high standards of work and care.
Management roles involve fostering a customer service culture, managing guest service coordinators, and coaching the customer services team for consistent excellence. Regular reporting and participation in teleconferences and training are essential. Safety and security responsibilities involve monitoring and recording incidents and complying with H&S legislation. Other duties include undertaking specific projects, training new staff, providing cover at other centres, and engaging in high-profile initiatives in the local community.
In coordinator, assistant, and admin roles, your role covers various essential tasks. In pre-visit administration, you will handle customer invoices, booking amendments, and interactions with schools. Ensuring accuracy, you'll also maintain School's Information Folders and update group synopses. On-centre administration involves confirming guest numbers and taking necessary action while maintaining the accuracy of 'Group's-In' Information Boards. After visits, you'll express gratitude to schools and enter RBOS details.
