About The Role
At Kingswood, we have retail manager and assistant roles available. In your role, your primary focus is to lead and develop a team, ensure optimal stock management and sales performance, and maintain operational excellence. As a manager, you'll be responsible for team development, stock control, timely reporting, and effective onboarding. Upholding safety standards, achieving KPIs, and fostering positive relationships with colleagues is crucial. It’s also important to satisfy customer needs. This involves professional communication, guest satisfaction, and insightful recommendations.
Financially, you'll ensure compliance, support growth, and conduct regular checks. Your role will contribute hugely to retail success while upholding company values.
