Uniform Takeover Weekends, September 2024

For these unmissable weekends, uniform groups will be heading to Kingswood camps across the country!

That means a whole weekend of tailored adventure activities, accommodation, group leader lounges, tuck shops and everything else your local Kingswood has to offer.

These unmissable weekends are perfect for groups of all sizes aged 8+ to bond, practice their teamwork and meet their peers in other organisations, while also exploring new skills and forming independence. The ultimate opportunity to tick off a badge or two!

Scouts, Beavers, Cubs, Explorers, Network, Guides, Brownies, Rangers, St Johns Ambulance Cadets, Fire Cadets, Air Cadets, Police Cadets, Sea Cadets, Boys and Girls Brigades

These events are taking place only on two weekends in September and places are limited, so book your group in early to avoid disappointment!

What’s on?

Expect all activities to align with badge requirements and provide a thrilling adventure!

Groups can dive into teamwork activities like problem solving, learn a new skill on the archery field, or take on nerve-jangling challenges on the climbing and abseiling towers.

They can also develop their outdoor skills, learning fire lighting or shelter building with our highly trained bushcraft instructors.

At the end of their first full day of adventure, groups can wind down and swap stories by the campfire, reflecting on the days achievements.

Water sports such as raft-building will be available at select centers, subject to availability on the day.
